These General Contracting Conditions (hereinafter General Conditions) will regulate the commercial relationship that arises between KADV PRINT & SIGNAGE and the user and / or client for the contracting carried out through the forms that KADV PRINT & SIGNAGE makes available to them on its website. www.kadv.es
Contracting through the KADV PRINT & SIGNAGE website will imply the express acceptance, by the client or user of the pages, of these conditions, as well as the conditions of use established for user navigation on the pages owned by KADV PRINT & SIGNAGE. These conditions will be applied without prejudice to the legal regulations on the matter that are applicable for each case.
KADV PRINT & SIGNAGE reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the General Conditions. Said modifications may be made, through its website, by any legally admissible form and shall be binding during the time they are published on the web and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, KADV PRINT & SIGNAGE reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Particular Contracting Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when deemed appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.

The order confirmation may be printed by the user as proof of purchase, but in no case shall it be valid as an invoice.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit card.
KADV PRINT & SIGNAGE allows: Mastercard, Visa credit and Visa debit. The total amount of your purchase, including shipping costs and VAT, will be charged to your credit card at the time of completing the ordering process. Subsequently, an order receipt confirmation will be sent. If you cancel your order prior to shipment, we will enter the charge.

RETURNS
No returns are made on any order. The only cases of return of the payment will be in the event that a printing error attributable to us has been made and the order has a fixed date of use (concerts with a specific date and reprint is impossible). In other cases of printing errors attributable to us, the reprint will be carried out whenever we are notified with a maximum of 48 hours after delivery. When you detect file failures after the files are uploaded, you will have 1 hour to notify us by email or by phone of the deletion of the erroneous files. Once the order is in print, no changes can be made and the printing and delivery process will continue until the end.

KADV PRINT & SIGNAGE protects the data it collects from its customers using passwords. The data transmitted during the use of this website is sent using SSL encryption technologies, thereby guaranteeing security with respect to the protection of personal data in accordance with current legislation.
